Alodda Inc. (“Alodda,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates alodda.com and related services, including the Alodda Agents consultancy and supporting communication channels. You can reach us at info@alodda.com.

We collect only the information needed to respond to you and deliver our services:

• Contact form data: name, email, phone number, company, industry, intended use case, and message submitted through the form at alodda.com.
• SMS data: the phone numbers involved in a conversation and the content of text messages sent to or from numbers we operate, so we can reply.
• Email correspondence: messages you send to info@alodda.com or other Alodda addresses.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request timestamps) generated by Firebase Hosting and Cloud Functions.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

• Respond to inquiries you send us.
• Deliver, support, and improve the services you request, including agent builds and deployments.
• Send transactional and conversational SMS or email replies.
• Meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

We operate text-message numbers through Twilio. If you text one of our numbers, you are initiating the conversation, and we use your number and message content only to reply to you. We do not send marketing texts.

• Message frequency varies based on the conversation.
• Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
• Reply STOP to opt out. After you opt out, we will not send you any further messages unless you text us again.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@alodda.com.
• Mobile information collected for SMS is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data follow the sharing rules in Section 6.

alodda.com uses only the minimum cookies needed to serve pages. If and when we introduce analytics, this policy will be updated and the tools disclosed here.

We share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers we rely on to run Alodda (for example, Google Firebase for hosting and database, Twilio for SMS, and our email provider). These providers only process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.
• Legal requests when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Alodda or others.
• Business transfers if Alodda is merged, acquired, or reorganized, subject to continued protection of your data.

We keep contact-form submissions and SMS records for as long as necessary to respond to you, operate our services, and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@alodda.com.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access-controlled cloud infrastructure on Google Firebase, and restricted internal access. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to us.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@alodda.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what categories of information we collect and to opt out of any sale of personal information (Alodda does not sell personal information).

Alodda operates in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on alodda.com.
